Sparx Facility Management provides services including but not limited to:

• Payroll & Workforce Management
• Engineering & Construction Support
• CCTV Technical Support
• Commercial Interior & Vastu Services

Service scope will be defined in formal agreements or contracts signed with clients.

Service Agreements

All services are subject to:

• Written proposals or quotations
• Defined scope of work
• Payment terms
• Duration of contract
• Termination clauses

Verbal agreements are not considered legally binding unless documented.

Payment Terms

We use collected information for:

• Responding to inquiries and service requests
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Executing facility management contracts
• Payroll and workforce coordination (where applicable)
• Improving website functionality
• Compliance with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional charges as per contract terms.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Comply with safety regulations
• Make timely payments

Failure to cooperate may affect service performance.

Limitation of Liability

Sparx Facility Management shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses caused by third-party negligence
• Delays due to force majeure events
• Damages resulting from misuse of facilities

Liability is limited to the amount specified in the signed contract.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, and design elements, is the property of Sparx Facility Management and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business, operational, and contractual information.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement as per the notice period defined in the contract.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Noida / Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
